The 100th Post!

Are You Dressing Like a Kidult?

Over the last five years since moving to the Silicon Valley, I’ve observed how lax technology companies are about the way they allow their employees to “show up” for work.  Today’s young employees are expected to work long, dedicated hours.  Work environments are designed to engage employees as teammates and to keep them tethered to the workplace as long as necessary to get the job done.

On Batter, Bundt, and Brand

Last weekend was a total blast!  We went on a food tasting walking tour [Melting Pot Tours] of the L.A. Farmer’s Market and of adjoining 3rd Street in L. A.’s Fairfax Village.  I highly recommend it.

While on the tour we were introduced to Chrysta Wilson, owner of Kiss My Bundt Bakery on 3rd Street.  This is a woman who is breathing her brand.
