How You Can Fight Against Beauty Bias
As we all well know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but what if the beholder is a hiring manager? No matter who you are, beauty bias may be holding you back. And it’s not illegal.

But this is going to be different than other reviews. Instead, this is a constructive commentary about the red carpet fashions, which will attempt to explain why people are poor at self-assessing themselves, and why it’s possible everyone else sees what is so obviously wrong or out of place.
