Going The Extra Mile
About 29 years ago this summer, I was inducted into the Boy Scouts’ Order of the Arrow, which is essentially Scouting’s National Honor Society. One of the hallmark traits of OA Scouters is providing cheerful service to others.
My dad was a pretty incredible man whose simple acts of devotion affected my induction celebration into the OA all those summers ago, and his example impacts the value I provide to my clients each and every day.

If your clothes could talk, and believe me, they do, what would they tell others about you? You may not be aware of it, but what you wear sends clear messages to others, and subliminal messages to yourself. People who see you regularly don’t make a determination about you because they see you in just one outfit. It’s your parade of outfits that collectively say everything about you. Even more importantly, your very own clothes are sure to enhance or alter the way you see and feel about yourself.

Summertime And The Living Is Easy
Summing up the spring fashion story, as it appears through the windows of Paris’ very high fashion street, rue Faubourg-St. Honoré, ease is the word. A late night wander down the street reviewing French and Italian designers, camera in hand and a lot of Bordeaux consumed during dinner, I came to the realization that “ease” may be the word, but it’s done in a much more sophisticated way than how people in Silicon Valley tend to think about it.

A colleague wanted my opinion about wearing open neck dress shirts and t-shirts in a business casual work environment. Rather than just sharing my thoughts privately, I decided to publish them publicly.
