How to Become a ‘Ten’ in ’10

Isn’t it brilliant how January 1st turns up every year?  I mean, without it, would we really find it so easy to press our own inner reset buttons, or be able to measure our successes?  If we’re smart about using this secular date as a fresh start, we can set realistic goals for our personal brand image for the year [and even the decade] ahead and treat these winter months as prep time for renewing our personal image.

This year, on my blog, I’m going to take you step by step through this personal image building process.  It’s no substitute for the experience of working with me privately, but I’m interested in helping you take an interest in yourself.  This is the key to developing your personal image because if you don’t give a damned, no one else is going to either.

If you’ve been holding back on investing in yourself, don’t hold back any more.  The start of a new decade is a magic moment for a new beginning on your personal brand image.

When it comes to finding your way to becoming a ‘ten’ this year, you have to first realize that you’re worth investing in.  Do any of these questions apply to you?

-   Have you ever worked with an image consultant before?

-   How long has it been since your wardrobe has been updated?

-   Does your wardrobe look dated?

-   Have you never taken the opportunity to develop a style after college?

-   Could your hairstyle and approach to grooming use an update?

-   How are your posture, nutrition, and fitness?

-   Have you become more polite and respectful of others?

-   Do you own so much “stuff” that you look like a different era every day?

So you have to decide: is your personal brand image worth investing in?  Do you consider having greater self-confidence, and ensuring others know your best self to be good payoffs for the investment?

It’s a new year, a new decade, and I believe a new era.  Take a deep breath, count to “TEN” and next week, we’ll get this year long party started.  Are you with me?

Designing and managing your image is the secret science of your success.
